2017The idea is born

Ajlan & Bros Group decides to enter bottled water, with the ambition of leading the category in the Kingdom and the Middle East.

2019 – 2022Two state-of-the-art plants

Construction begins in 2019. Riyadh (Al Kharj) goes live in 2021 and Jeddah in 2022: six bottling lines and a central control room, the first of its kind in the region.

2021Oska and Ival reach the shelves

Both brands launch across the Kingdom, backed by more than 50 distribution centres and a nationwide delivery fleet.

2025 – todayA new era with Almarai

PBIC becomes a 100% subsidiary of Almarai, the region's largest food and beverage company.
